✦ Case Study · Lacetex

Industrial exports.
Going digital.

A Central American textile manufacturer selling into 7 countries. A catalog that used to live in a PDF. A sales team taking WhatsApp orders by hand.

The Problem

B2B sales
in a PDF.

Lacetex is a textile manufacturer with distributors and direct clients across seven countries in Central America, the Caribbean, and Mexico. Their entire product catalog lived in a PDF. Every quote was handled by a rep on WhatsApp. Every order went back into a spreadsheet nobody synced.

The leadership team wanted to modernize without ripping out their operation. They needed a real website and a real way to capture leads 24/7 without hiring a sales team twice the size.

The Build

A website and an intelligence agent.

Corporate website rebuilt from scratch in Next.js and Tailwind, Lafayette style product catalog
15 product categories, lightbox photography, distributor portal, export services pages
7 countries served, two language surface (Spanish and English), contacto proveedores flow
Axon Ali on WhatsApp trained on Lacetex inventory, exports flow, and B2B order intake
Supabase intermedia API sitting between the WhatsApp agent and the legacy inventory system
Anthropic API integration, Meta Business Manager wiring, pilot rollout with 20 clients

The Result

A manufacturer that runs like software.

The new Lacetex website went live with 15 product categories, a distributor portal, and a clean Lafayette style catalog. The WhatsApp OI agent entered pilot with 20 active clients, handling product questions, sample requests, and order intake 24/7. Every conversation feeds back into a live intelligence layer the leadership team can actually see.
