1. Who we are

Axon Analytics is an AI transformation partner headquartered between Dallas, Texas and Guatemala City, Guatemala. This policy covers information you share with us through axonanalytics.io and any of our direct communication channels (email, WhatsApp, Calendly, LinkedIn).

2. Information we collect

When you contact us through our forms, we collect the fields you submit: name, work email, company name, revenue band, and the message you write. When you speak with our voice agent Ali, we process your speech transcript and your responses to improve the conversation in real time. We do not retain voice recordings.

3. How we use your information

We use your contact details to respond to your inquiry, schedule discovery calls, and follow up on active engagements. We do not sell or rent your data. We do not use your information to train third-party AI models.

4. Third-party services

Our forms are processed by Formspree. Our voice agent uses Anthropic (Claude) for language reasoning and ElevenLabs for speech synthesis. Our scheduling uses Calendly. Each of these providers has their own privacy policy, and they only receive the data necessary to deliver the service you requested.

5. Data retention

We keep your contact information for as long as you remain an active prospect, client, or partner. If you ask us to remove your data, we will delete it from our CRM and mailing systems within 14 days.

6. Your rights

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time. Email contact@axonanalytics.io with your request.

7. Cookies

This site uses the minimum cookies necessary for it to function. We do not run invasive tracking, behavioral profiling, or cross-site ad networks.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our products and operations evolve. Significant changes will be announced on this page.
